Vicon Electrical Contractors Inc. has always had the work ethic that every customer is the most important customer. For this reason we feel that our service department is the backbone of our company. We feel that all our customers, be it a big multi national corporation or a single homeowner in a 400 home subdivision, deserve the best customer care we can provide.

We have 3 fully stocked service trucks that can take care of any emergency or situation required. All our staff is trained for every electrical situation. Our service technicians are all uniformed professionals that are skilled in customer service and satisfaction. Our trucks are available on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. for emergency calls. All of our drivers are radio dispatched so in many cases a truck can be available the same business day.

All service calls will be dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the call.
